Our Services

Health and Safety Consultancy

HSW Ltd has particular expertise within the technology and science research fields, including developing Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) systems for research, biosafety and laboratory safety together with substantial knowledge of DSEAR, Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulations and Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP).

We also have extensive knowledge in both the manufacturing and renewable energy environments.

Health & Safety Review

A health and safety (H&S) review from HSW Ltd provides an independent, objective review of existing safety management across your organisation.

Our review outlines H&S legislation that applies to your business and operations and gives a clear and thorough report highlighting where best practice is demonstrated and where there are shortfalls in current procedures. We will also provide support on how you can address these gaps, giving clear and pragmatic guidance.

Risk Assessment

Assessing risk is one of the primary obligations set out within The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. We can work with you to understand and control the risks associated with your business and operations, providing straightforward, easy-to-understand advice and action plans.

Creating a safer working environment with informed and empowered employees reduces staff absenteeism, staff presenteeism and increases productivity. Understanding your risks and implementing controls demonstrates your commitment to your people and the business.
