Health & Safety Works provide bespoke in house training courses. IOSH accreddited Working Safely and Managing Safely training providers and can offer the only IOSH accredited certified course for Laboratory Safety.

All of our Health and Safety trainers are practising consultants dealing with Health and Safety issues on a daily basis and can offer clear and practical advice to make a real difference in the workplace. All trainers are CMIOSH qualified and have also delivered IOSH and NEBOSH courses.

Analysing real life examples from within your company or focusing on particular issues faced by the business can bring the need for effective Health and Safety sharply into focus and our trainers have extensive course preparation and design experience.
Since March 2014 we are the only IOSH accredited deliverer of a two day Laboratory Safety Training Course covering The Law and Legislation, Chemicals and COSHH, Chemical Classification, Controls, Biohazards, Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres, Radioactivity, Nano Technology and Waste Disposal.
We can also offer a one day non-accredited Laboratory Safety Training course tailored to your Company's needs.

Following the sad death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, we will be closing on September 19th in line with the announced bank holiday, for her majestys funeral. We will be working as normal on Tuesday. Thank you for your service ma'am.

2019 - 2020 observed 55% of all lost working days attributed to work related mental ill health. Workload, lack of support, violence, threats or bullying and changes at work are estimated to be the main causes of work-related stress, depression or anxiety based on 2009/10-2011/12 LFS data. This shows a marked increase over previous years.
